Article 1 – Terms
  • 1.1. The general terms and conditions below apply to every offer on the website of www.aaiko.com and to every agreement between Aaiko and the consumer.
  • 1.2 Deviations to the general terms and conditions are only valid if agreed on by email or in writing.
Article 2 – Privacy
  • 2.1. Aaiko respects the account information of its customers and sees this as private information.
  • 2.2. Aaiko will not share this information with other individuals.
Article 3 – Shipping
  • 3.1. Aaiko will take the greatest possible care when receiving and executing orders of products.3.3. Aaiko will execute accepted orders as soon as possible but at the latest within 30 days, unless a different delivery period has been agreed. If the delivery is delayed or cannot be/partially delivered, the consumer will be informed no later than 30 days after the order has been placed. In that case, the consumer has the right to cancel the order without costs.3.5. Shipping costs will be clearly communicated to the customer before the customer confirms the order.
  • 3.4. The risk of damage and/or loss of products lies with Aaiko until the moment of delivery to the consumer, unless a different agreement has been made.
  • 3.2. The place of delivery is the address that the consumer has made known to Aaiko.
Article 4 – Prices
  • 4.1.  Prices that are shown on the website of www.aaiko.com include VAT. 
Article 5 – Payment
  • 5.1. For international orders, Aaiko accepts Mastercard and Paypal. For orders from the Netherlands, Aaiko also accepts IDEAL as a payment method. Aaiko takes all reasonable care to keep www.aaiko.com safe.
Article 6 - Right of withdrawal
  • 6.1. The consumer has the right to return the order during the reflection period of 14 days without giving any reason. Aaiko may ask the consumer for the reason, but not oblige it.6.3. If the delivery of a product consists of several shipments, this applies on the day on which the consumer or the designated third party has received the last shipment.
  • 6.2. The mentioned reflection period starts on the day that the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer, has received the product.
Article 7 – Products
  • 7.1. The products offered contain a complete and accurate description. The description is sufficiently detailed to provide the consumer with a good assessment of the product. The images used in the offer are a true representation of the products offered.
  • 7.2. Each offer contains such information, so that it is clear to the consumer what the rights and obligations are when purchasing a product.
Article 8 - Reflection time
  • 8.1. The consumer is entitled to a reflection period of 14 days from the moment he/she receives the product. During this cooling-off period, the consumer will handle the product and the packaging with care. He/she will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. The basic principle of this is that the consumer may only inspect it as he/she would be allowed to do in a store.
  • 8.2. The consumer is responsible for depreciation of the product if this is the result of a way of handling the product that goes beyond what is permitted.
Article 9 - Execution of the right of withdrawal
  • 9.1. If the consumer makes use of the right of withdrawal, he/she will report this by means of the enclosed return form.9.3. The consumer returns the product with all accessories, in its original condition and packaging and in accordance with instructions provided by Aaiko.9.5. The consumer covers the costs for returning the product.
  • 9.4. The risk and proof for a timely and correct execution of the right of withdrawal lies with the consumer.
  • 9.2. The consumer will return the shipment as soon as possible, but in any case within 14 days after receiving the product, taking into account the shipping time.
Article 10 - Obligations of Aaiko in case of return
  • 10.1. Aaiko will send the consumer a confirmation after processing the return.10.3. Aaiko uses the same payment method that the consumer uses for reimbursement, unless he/she agrees to another method. The refund is free of charge for the consumer.
  • 10.2. Aaiko will refund the purchase amount to the consumer after receipt and processing of the package.
Article 11 - Fulfillment of agreement
  • 11.1. Aaiko guarantees that the products comply with the agreement, the description stated in the offer, the requirements of usability and the existing legal provisions that apply on the date of the agreement.
Article 12 - Complaints procedure
  • 12.1. Aaiko has a sufficiently publicized complaints procedure and handles the complaint in accordance with this procedure.
  • 12.2. Complaints about the product must be submitted fully and clearly described to Aaiko within an appropriate time after the consumer has discovered the defects.
