Orders

Where is my order?

As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive your track and trace code via email with which you can track your package. Didn't receive a tracking code? Please contact our customer service.

Which payment methods are available?

Aaiko accepts IDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, Sofort, Bancontact & Amex.

Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange an item. If you wish to get an item in a different colour or size, we would advice you to place a new order.

Shipment

When will my order be shipped?

If you place your order before 14:00 on working days, it will be shipped the same day! Did you order after 14:00? Then we will send your package the next working day.

What are the shipping costs?

When you place an order over €75.00, you do not pay shipping costs. Are you placing an order with a total amount below €75.00? Then shipping costs of €3.95 will be charged. For international orders, shipping costs are always charged.

What countries does Aaiko ship to?

Aaiko currently ships to the following countries: The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Portugal, France, Denmark, and Italy.

Returns

I want to return an item.

You can return any item for a refund within 14 days of receiving your original order. You have the right to open the package and check the content, but the product must be returned unused. All original packaging and labels must be in tact when returning the goods. All goods will be inspected on return. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Is returning free of charge?

Unfortunately, return costs are not covered and are to be paid by yourself. You can choose to return your items by DHL or PostNL. Easily create a returnlabel in our returnportal.

Did you receive my return?

As soon as your package is in our warehouse, we use a processing time of 14 days. Once we have processed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Have you not heard anything and has it been 14 days since your return arrived? Please contact our customer service.

My order is not correct.

If you have received a wrong or damaged item, you can return these for free. Please contact our customer service. In case of a damaged item, please send an e-mail with pictures of the item to webshop@aaiko.com.

Products & Warranty

What are the washing instructions?

On every Aaiko item you will find a wash and care label. We strongly advise you to follow these instructions to keep your Aaiko items looking beautiful.

Do I get a warranty on my products?

All Aaiko products come with a six-month warranty on all products, including products purchased during the sale. Unfortunately, we do not offer a warranty on items purchased during our sample sale. If you bought your item in another store/website, the warranty depends on the rules that the store/webshop uses. We therefore advise you to contact the relevant store/webshop, they can provide you with a warranty on the item.

How do I know which size to get?

On every article page you will find a size guide which may help you decide which size to get.
