Return costs
Returns within the Netherlands and Belgium cost 3.95 EUR. Register your return in the return portal and you will immediately receive a shipping label.
Always keep your proof of shipment until the package has arrived with us.
How do I return an item?
1. Register your return in the return portal with your postcode and order number.
2. Print the label or have the QR code scanned at a parcel point.
3. Drop off your package within 5 working days of registration.
Add the packing slip to the package so we can process your return immediately.
The conditions
You have 14 days after receipt to return your order. We accept items back as long as they meet the conditions below. Sale items can also be returned.
- Unworn and unwashed
- All labels are still attached
- In the original packaging
- Provided with the packing slip or order number
And exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the item that doesn't fit and reorder the correct size or color, and it will be shipped immediately.
When will I get my money back?
Once we receive your return, we will check it and refund the amount to the account you used for payment. Please allow a processing time of 14 days after receiving your package. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
Returning multiple orders?
You may return them in one package, as long as you register each order separately and include both packing slips.
Something broken or received incorrectly?
Email webshop@aaiko.com with your order number and a photo. We will resolve it for you.
