Return costs
Returning within the Netherlands and Belgium costs 3.95 euros. Register your return in the return portal and you'll receive a shipping label right away.
Always keep your proof of postage until the package has reached us.
How do I send something back?
1. Register your return in the return portal with your postcode and order number.
2. Print the label or have the QR code scanned at a drop-off point.
3. Drop off your package within 5 business days of registering.
Include the packing slip with the package, then we can process your return right away.
The conditions
You have 14 days after receipt to return your order. We accept items back as long as they meet the conditions below. Sale items can also be returned.
- Unworn and unwashed
- All labels still attached
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by the packing slip or order number
What about exchanges?
We don't exchange items directly. Return the item that doesn't fit and order the right size or colour again, so it goes straight out the door.
When will I get my money back?
As soon as your return arrives with us, we check it and refund the amount to the account you paid with. Please allow a processing time of 14 days after we receive your package. You'll get a confirmation by email once we've processed your return.
Returning multiple orders?
That's fine in one package, as long as you register each order separately and include both packing slips.
Something broken or received the wrong item?
Email webshop@aaiko.com with your order number and a photo. We'll sort it out for you.
