Free shipping from €75. Below that amount we charge:
Netherlands €3.95
Belgium €7.-
Other EU countries €10.-

When will I receive my order?

Order on a business day before 2:00 PM and your package goes out the same day. Orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday are processed the next business day.

Delivery time:
Netherlands: 1-2 business days
Belgium and Germany: 2-3 business days
Other EU countries: 3-5 business days

During sale and busy periods it may take a little longer.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and the rest of the EU.

Tracking your order

We ship with GLS. As soon as your package is on its way, you'll receive an email with track & trace, so you can follow your order right to your door or pick-up point.

If you're not home, the driver will ask if a neighbour can accept the package. If that's not possible, the package goes back to the depot. You can then decide the next step online yourself: have the package delivered again, optionally with permission to leave it, or collect it from a pick-up point.

I entered the wrong address

Email webshop@aaiko.com with your order number as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, you can still update the address yourself via the track & trace email from GLS.
