Free shipping from €75. Below that amount, we charge:
Netherlands €3.95
Belgium €7,-
Other EU countries €10,-

If you order on a weekday before 2 PM, your package will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery time:
Netherlands: 1-2 working days
Belgium and Germany: 2-3 working days
Other EU countries: 3-5 working days

During sales and busy periods, it may take a little longer.

We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and the rest of the EU.

We ship with GLS. As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive an email with track & trace, so you can follow your order to your door or a collection point.

If you are not home, the driver will ask if the neighbors can accept the package. If not, the package will be returned to the depot. You can then decide online what the next step is. For example, you can have the package redelivered, possibly with permission to leave it, or pick it up at a parcel point.

Please email webshop@aaiko.com with your order number as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, you can still change the address yourself via the GLS track & trace email.

Has your track & trace not been updated for five working days, or is something wrong? Email webshop@aaiko.com with your order number, and we will look into it for you. You can also call us at +31 (0)20 49 22 921, on weekdays between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
