What are the washing instructions?
On every Aaiko item you will find a wash and care label. We strongly advise you to follow these instructions to keep your Aaiko items looking beautiful.
Do I get a warranty on my products?
All Aaiko products come with a six-month warranty on all products, including products purchased during the sale. Unfortunately, we do not offer a warranty on items purchased during our sample sale.
How do I know which size to get?
On every article page you will find a size guide which may help you decide which size to get.
Do I also get a warranty for items purchased in another store/website?
The warranty depends on the rules that the store/webshop uses. We therefore advise you to contact the relevant store/webshop, they can provide you with a warranty on the item.
